- Work alongside senior management to develop a dynamic future vision for the Mortgage Operations Department which aligns with the organization’s values and objectives.

Foster a continuous improvement focused work environment by developing goals and measurable Key Performance Indicators specific to individual functional roles within Operations.

Recruit, hire, manage, and develop qualified, high-performing mortgage fulfillment staff.

Provide targeted coaching to staff and promote cross functional skill development across Mortgage Operations teams.

Build and monitor third-party vendor relationships to ensure strong communication practices are in place and defined service levels are maintained.

Work with senior management to develop dashboard reporting and performance scorecards to closely monitor operational trends and key business results.

Serve as a role model for the team by helping lead initiatives that promote a culture of quality and customer service for both our consumer borrowers and builder partners.

Promptly address identified process gaps. Develop supporting policy and procedure documentation to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

Ensure that all investor guidelines and all federal and state regulatory requirements are met satisfactorily throughout fulfillment.

Utilizes discretion, judgment, and high-level analytical skills to interpret complex situations.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for 4 hours straight or up to a full 8-hour day; sit for extended periods; kneel and bend at the waist; walk up and down stairs; walk on unlevel terrain; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision ability required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and peripheral vision.
