A boutique immigration law firm in Santa Ana is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist (Full-time or Part-time) with a minimum of 2 years of knowledge and/or preparing immigration forms for EOIR, USCIS, and NVC.
This is an on-site position. The role is available as a Part-Time/Full-Time/and Temporary Role
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and answer phones in a professional, friendly manner
- Communicate with clients, court personnel, and government officials
- Assist with translating documents and data entry, including completing basic immigration forms
- Maintain the firm's calendar and manage scheduling
- Support the attorney with additional administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications & Requirements
- Fluency in both Spanish and English, written and spoken (Required)
- Familiarity with immigration forms and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to work independently and under strict legal deadlines
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and solution-focused, with a strong sense of urgency and initiative
- A team player who works well with clients
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certification (preferred)
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $18.00–$21.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
- Job Type: Full-time / Part-time (4- or 8-hour shifts)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, no weekends
- Location: On-site, one location (no remote work available)
