Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Systems Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone 2-4 years in their IT career who is eager to grow their technical skills across a broad range of systems, including Microsoft 365, networking, endpoint management, and cybersecurity.
You will work closely with senior engineers to support client environments, troubleshoot issues, and assist with projects and deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1–2 technical support for client environments (remote and on-site)
- Manage and support Microsoft 365 environments (users, licensing, security policies)
- Assist with endpoint deployment, maintenance, and monitoring (Windows/macOS)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Support cybersecurity initiatives (MFA, endpoint protection, backups, patching)
- Monitor RMM tools and respond to alerts
- Document systems, processes, and procedures
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding users and new client setups
- Participate in project work such as migrations, upgrades, and new deployments
Qualifications
Required:
- 1–3 years of IT support or systems administration experience
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)
- Familiarity with Windows OS and basic networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred:
- Experience in an MSP environment
- Familiarity with tools like RMM platforms, PSA systems (e.g., Syncro)
- Exposure to cybersecurity tools (EDR, MFA, email security)
- Basic PowerShell scripting
- Industry certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar)

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
