Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appeal and functionality of outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have experience in landscape maintenance, tree care, and the use of various hand tools.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular lawn care activities including mowing, edging, and fertilizing.
- Maintain flower beds and gardens by planting, weeding, and mulching.
- Conduct tree trimming and care to ensure healthy growth and safety.
- Operate irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of landscapes.
- Assist in hardscape installation and maintenance such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Regularly inspect grounds for maintenance needs and report any issues.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for various landscaping tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
Skills
- Proficient in groundskeeping techniques with a focus on landscape maintenance.
