Senior Project Manager - Luxury Retail Construction
Based in Miami, we're a top-rated company delivering turnkey construction, millwork, and interior build-out solutions for luxury retail, hospitality, and high-end residential clients.
We're seeking a Project Manager with experience leading complex construction and interior build-out projects from estimating through completion. The ideal candidate will bring strong client-facing skills, financial acumen, and experience coordinating vendors, subcontractors, designers, and field teams to deliver exceptional projects on time and within budget.
Role and Responsibilities:

Manage the full project lifecycle from estimating, procurement, planning, and scheduling through final project delivery

Prepare bids, review drawings and specifications, analyze tender documents, and develop project budgets

Negotiate and manage subcontractor, supplier, and vendor contracts

Interpret architectural plans, shop drawings, and construction documents to support project execution

Coordinate project schedules, shipping logistics, material deliveries, and installation activities

Partner with clients, architects, designers, vendors, and field teams to ensure project objectives are achieved

Monitor project costs, track budget performance, and proactively resolve schedule or scope-related challenges

Ensure construction, millwork, and fixture installations meet quality standards, project specifications, and client expectations
Qualifications:

Degree or technical diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Technology, or related field

5+ years of project management experience within construction, commercial interiors, millwork, retail construction, or related industries

Experience managing projects ranging from approximately $1 million to $10 million+

Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and construction documents

Experience with budgeting, estimating, contract management, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination

Proficiency with project management software, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Excel
