Prep and protect job sites before any work begins — floors and surrounding areas as needed

Demo and remove existing shower and tub systems cleanly and safely

Remove debris from home and keep the site clean and organized throughout the job

Perform any necessary framing, plumbing, and subfloor prep

Waterproof and prep surfaces before installation

Install new acrylic wall surrounds and shower and tub systems to manufacturer specifications

Complete all finishing work — sealing, trim, and final detail — to a high standard

Be the face of SAAD in customers' homes — communicate clearly and leave a great impression

2–4 years of wet area remodeling or related installation experience

Hands-on knowledge of shower and tub systems, waterproofing, and drain work

Experience with framing, acrylic panel systems, and or plumbing

Sharp attention to detail — you notice what others miss and fix it before anyone has to ask

A professional, customer-first attitude — you're in people's homes every day

Strong attendance, reliability, and a positive attitude that lifts the team

Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation

Ability to lift 50–80 lbs regularly and work in physically demanding conditions

Compensation: $100,000–$150,000 annually, DOE
