Knowledge / Skills / Ability:

To support and assist all aspects of the community operations, while reporting to and acting under the direction of the Service Supervisor & Community Manager.
Job Description –
Housekeeper Preferred Education and Experience:
A high school diploma or equivalent and professional knowledge of business discipline are required.
Ability to follow detailed oral/written instructions.
Deliver SUPERIOR Customer service.
Ability to track and inventory material and parts Responsibilities: Residential Standards
Clean the office & lobby per designated schedule
Gather and empty trash daily
Clean, service, and supply restrooms daily
Touch up clean models as per designated schedule
Monitor and keep trash rooms clean after trash has been picked up
Clean and polish furniture fixtures in common areas
Clean low level windows, glass partitions and mirrors.
Dust furniture, walls, machines and equipment in fitness rooms
Mix water and detergent in containers to prepare cleaning solutions according to specifications.
Steam clean or shampoo carpets as needed or per schedule
Strip, seal, finish and polish floors as required.
Notify Community Manager or Service supervisor concerning the need or major repair or additions in the common area and file appropriate service requests
Complete appropriate requisition for supplies and equipment as needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.
Setup, arrange and remove decorations, tables, chairs, to prepare facilities for events as needed
Ensure all safety precautions are followed while performing work
Be courteous and pleasant to residents ensuring 5 start service
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
