Location: New York, Nassau County (Long Island West)
Schedule: Full-Time (4-5 days a week)
Compensation: W-2 Employment | 35% on adjusted production Daily Guarantee During Ramp-Up Period between $800–$1,000/day
Patient Mix: PPO / FFS

This opportunity is ideal for a clinician who enjoys building long-term patient relationships, educating patients, and providing high-quality care in a collaborative environment.
Specific practice placement will be discussed during the interview process based on provider experience, schedule preferences, and business needs.
What You'll Do

Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnoses

Develop and present treatment plans

Provide restorative, preventative, and emergency dental care

Educate patients on treatment options and oral health

Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to deliver exceptional patient care

Build long-term patient relationships through trust and quality care

Required

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

Active Dental License in New York
