What We're Looking For
We're searching for an Advanced Aesthetic Injector who:
- Is a licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
- Has at least 3 years of RN experience
- Has advanced experience performing aesthetic injectable treatments
- Is proficient with neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and biostimulators
- Is comfortable administering IV therapy, IM injections, NAD+, peptides, and wellness treatments
- Understands facial anatomy and safe injection techniques
- Enjoys educating clients and building long-term relationships
- Thrives in a team-oriented environment
- Has a positive, outgoing personality and provides exceptional customer service
- Is comfortable discussing and recommending additional services that benefit clients
A portfolio of your work and professional references is highly encouraged.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced aesthetic injectable treatments
- Administer neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and wellness injections
- Administer IV therapy, IM injections, NAD+, peptides, and medical wellness treatments
- Deliver exceptional patient care and maintain a luxury client experience
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Educate clients on treatment options and aftercare
- Cross-promote appropriate medical spa and wellness services including services with our aestheticians
- Be consistent and active with social media and promoting
- Keep a clean and sanitary workspace and help with cleaning throughout the med spa when there is downtime
- Assist with spa events and marketing opportunities
- Work collaboratively with the entire team
- Maintain all medical documentation and compliance standards
Qualifications
Required
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Minimum 5 years+ of RN experience
- Advanced experience as an aesthetic injector (min. 3 years+)
- Ability to perform and be knowledgeable of all wellness services offered
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
- BLS Certification
- Existing clientele is a plus, but not required
- Knowledgeable with laser services is a plus, but not required (Harmony XL Pro)
Schedule
- Full-Time, Part-Time, or Contract
- Flexible scheduling
- Monday - Friday
- Saturdays by appointment (typically only one Saturday per month)
- No evenings
- No major holidays

Compensation
Hourly Compensation is determined based on experience, certifications, existing clientele, and employment status (full-time, part-time, or contract).
Commission on retail, laser services & packages.
