Lead the Ultimate Entertainment Experience
Sky Zone is the world's first indoor trampoline park and continues to lead the active entertainment industry. We are looking for an energetic, results-driven General Manager to lead our Anaheim location. This is an opportunity for a proven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, develops high-performing teams, delivers exceptional guest experiences, and drives strong financial results.
As the General Manager, you will have full responsibility for all aspects of park operations including financial performance, team leadership, safety, food and beverage operations, birthday parties, memberships, guest satisfaction, and facility maintenance.
What You'll Do Operations Leadership
- Lead all daily park operations.
- Create a positive, energetic, and accountable culture.
- Ensure company standards are consistently executed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility.
- Lead by example on the floor during peak business hours.
Financial Performance
- Drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Manage labor costs and scheduling.
- Control operating expenses.
- Analyze KPIs and develop action plans.
- Achieve sales goals for memberships, birthdays, and attractions.
Team Development
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop leaders.
- Coach Assistant Managers and department leaders.
- Conduct performance reviews.
- Hold the team accountable to company expectations.
- Build future leaders through coaching and development.
Guest Experience
- Deliver outstanding guest service.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally.
- Ensure every guest has a memorable experience.
- Monitor online reviews and implement improvements.
Sales & Marketing
- Increase Birthday Party bookings.
- Grow Membership sales and retention.
- Support local marketing initiatives.
- Build partnerships within the community.
- Execute promotional events and seasonal campaigns.
Food & Beverage
- Oversee Fuel Zone operations.
- Ensure food safety compliance.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Control food costs and inventory.
Safety & Facility
- Maintain OSHA and company safety standards.
- Ensure attractions meet daily inspection requirements.
- Coordinate preventative maintenance.
- Maintain all equipment and facility standards.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of General Manager or multi-department leadership experience
- Entertainment, hospitality, restaurant, retail, family entertainment, or recreation experience preferred
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Experience managing labor budgets and P&L performance
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software
