Position Summary
USA Pumps 24 LLC is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Pump Sales Representative to drive sales growth and support customers in selecting the right pumping solutions. This role combines technical expertise with strong relationship-building skills to serve industrial, municipal, and commercial clients. Pay structure is base salary plus comission. Must have a book of business in the pump or industrial industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new potential customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate pump systems and solutions
- Generate quotes, proposals, and follow up to close sales
- Work closely with service and repair teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Must have a book of business in pump industry
- Maintain knowledge of pump products, applications, and industry trends
- Coordinate with manufacturers and distributors as needed
- Track sales activities and manage pipeline through CRM
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in industrial, mechanical, or pump sales required
- Strong understanding of pumps, fluid handling systems, or related equipment required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally/regionally
- Must have a book of business in pump industry
- Must have cold calling and cold emailing expereience.
- Must have the ability to grow a book of business in the pump industry
Preferred Skills
- Experience with common pump brands
- Mechanical aptitude or technical background
- B2B sales Experience Required
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and drawings

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
