We are currently seeking Ready-Mix Concrete Drivers to join our team. This is a local position with drivers home every night.
JOB DUTIES:
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and always maintains a strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures.
- Professional attitude while interacting with customers, peers, and the general public.
- Deliver concrete to customer in a safe, courteous, and timely manner.
- Complete required pre and post trip inspections.
- Follow procedures to ensure truck is safe to operate.
- Report in writing necessary maintenance required on truck or concrete mixer.
- Safely maneuver truck on job site, attach chutes to discharge material.
- Keep a clean truck to minimize concrete buildup.
- Keep interior of truck clean and free of trash/debris
- Customer service mindset
- Ability to work under pressure.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Class A or B CDL
- Current valid medical card
- No DUI/DWI/OWI in the last 5 years
- Be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and random drug/alcohol screenings.
- Be able to pass driving record screening.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Pay: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour
