This position serves as a communication hub for park operations.
- Understand telephone and radio operation.
- Document all telephone and radio calls and dispatches using ParkPulse software.
- Respond to minor and major incidents in a calm and professional manner.
- Perform a pre-opening check of all equipment to ensure it is in good working order.
- Complete and submit Opening/Closing Command Base Checklist daily.
- Keep Command Base clean and organized.
- Follow all Host Handbook standards, including uniform requirements.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures. · Perform emergency response procedures as outlined in the Emergency Action Plan. · Monitor weather software and respond as outlined in the Emergency Action Plan.
- Make public announcements.
- Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
- Ability to function in uncommon and stressful situations.
- Must complete Command Base training with an instructor and pass performance review conducted by management.
