Overview
Join our dynamic Medical Aesthetics Clinic as a Part-Time Aesthetic Registered Nurse (RN) and become a vital part of a passionate team dedicated to enhancing clients' confidence and well-being. Duties
- Perform non-invasive aesthetic procedures including botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care.
- Assist clients in selecting suitable treatments and skincare products, providing detailed consultations to ensure satisfaction and safety.
- Manage appointment scheduling, client intake, and follow-up communications using clinic management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY.
- Maintain strict sanitation standards and ensure all treatment areas are clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations.
- Support retail sales through product demos, upselling skincare lines, and educating clients on maintenance routines.
- Engage with clients via social media management to promote services, share success stories, and build lasting relationships.
- Collaborate with the team on marketing initiatives, including social media content creation and community outreach efforts.
Requirements
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with current registration in good standing.
- Prior experience in medical aesthetics or med spa settings is highly preferred; familiarity with cosmetic procedures such as Botox, dermal fillers, eyelash extensions, or laser treatments is a plus.
- Strong management skills to coordinate appointments and client flow efficiently.
- Proficiency with clinic software including Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and record keeping.
- Excellent communication skills to educate clients clearly about procedures, aftercare, and product recommendations.
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and infection control standards within medical aesthetics environments.
- Ability to perform various aesthetic services such as body waxing, hair threading, nail care, makeup application, hair styling, or tattooing is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Passion for customer service excellence combined with hospitality skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Competence in social media management to help grow our online presence through engaging content and client interaction.
