American Traveler is hiring a travel CT Technologist for a CT Scan unit in Plano, TX, requiring ARRT (CT) certification and a minimum of 1 year of trauma experience.

CT Scan department in an acute care hospital setting in Plano, TX

Procedures include ER CT-Trauma, CTA, and Stroke imaging

GE 64 Slice CT equipment
-
Meditech documentation system
-
4x10 hour shifts: Monday through Thursday, 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM

Floating required as needed
-
No on-call requirements
-
13-week contract
-
Minimum 1 year of CT Scan experience with trauma experience required

Must have active ARRT (CT) certification

TX Radiologic Technologist license required (license required if applicable)

Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted; must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment start)

Must have worked in the CT Scan specialty within the last 6 months

US SSN and DOB required for consideration

One professional reference required

Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible

Perform ER CT-Trauma, CTA, and stroke imaging studies

Grey scrubs required
-
Neat and clean hair with no extreme styles or colors; beards and facial hair must be neatly trimmed

Nails must be clean and healthy
-
Body art should be covered whenever possible; visible piercings other than ears are prohibited
-
No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
