Position Overview
Premier Staffing Solutions is recruiting on behalf of an established homeowners association seeking an organized, detail-oriented ARC Coordinator to support its Architectural Review Committee (ARC) and administrative team.
This position serves as a key point of contact for homeowners, contractors, builders, and internal departments throughout the architectural review process. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment, communicates professionally in both written and verbal formats, and has exceptional organizational and administrative skills.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate architectural review applications from submission through final disposition.
- Review applications for completeness before committee or consultant review.
- Draft professional correspondence including approval, modification, and denial letters.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for homeowners, contractors, builders, and real estate professionals regarding ARC guidelines and procedures.
- Respond to questions regarding architectural standards, community rules, and project requirements.
- Maintain accurate electronic and physical property files, plans, applications, and correspondence.
- Track homes under construction and property improvement projects.
- Assist with ongoing compliance and community standards initiatives.
- Manage builder agreements, deposits, and related documentation.
- Coordinate administrative processes between the Architectural Review Committee and association leadership.
- Assist with digitizing and organizing historical records and property files.
- Provide administrative support across departments including Accounting, Reception, Maintenance, and Association leadership as needed.
- Work closely with management to address homeowner concerns, policy questions, and architectural review matters professionally and efficiently.

Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of two years of administrative, coordination, customer service, property management, construction, or related experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).
- Knowledge of NorthStar.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to draft professional correspondence.
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with reliable transportation.
