Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Pulmonary Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role you will provide specialized nursing care to patients with respirtory and pulmonary conditions across various settings, including inpatient wards, outpatient clinics and critical care units. Your expertise will support the diagnosis, treatment, and management of complex respiratory issuses, ensuring optimal patient outcomes. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about advancing respiratory health through expert patient care and collaboration with multidiscipnary teams.
Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor residents with respiratory conditions such as COPD, pneumonia and CHF.
- Provide direct care and clinial interventions related to pulmonary health.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapy, and nursing teams on care planning.
- Educate residents, families, and staff on respiratory health and prevention.Support early identification of changes in condition to reduce available hospitalizaions.
Qualifications
- Licensed RN or LPN in Colorado.
- Strong clinical background, with experience in respiratory or pulmonary care preferred.
- Skilled at interdisciplinary communication and patiend education.
- SNF/LTC experience a plus, but not required.

Pay: $35.64 - $42.93 per hour
