Source Pest Control is putting together a small team for occasional door-to-door pest control blitzes throughout Utah. The concept is simple: Show up. Knock some doors. Find the easy wins. Make some money. Go on with your day.
$1 Per Door + Sales Commission You earn $1 for EVERY door you knock, guaranteed.
On top of that, you'll earn $75 to $200 for every completed sale you generate, depending on the service sold. Knock 100 doors with zero sales? You made $100.
Find someone who needs pest control? You can make an additional $75 to $200 on that sale.
We're Looking for the Low-Hanging Fruit This is important:
We are NOT looking for high-pressure salespeople.
We're not interested in arguing with homeowners, pushing through endless objections, or convincing someone to buy something they clearly don't want.
We've found that a chill, conversational approach works better. Knock the door. Be friendly. Let them know what Source Pest Control can offer. They're interested? Great. Have a conversation. They're not interested? No problem. Thank them and move on.
We're looking for the easy wins: homeowners who already need pest control, are unhappy with their current provider, or are open to hearing about a better option. The goal is to cover doors efficiently and find the people who are already receptive.
Utah Blitzes
We'll organize blitzes in different Utah neighborhoods and communities where we believe there's a good opportunity.
This is not a traditional scheduled position. Before each blitz, we'll message the team with the location and timing and see who's available. Want to come? Claim a spot. Busy that day? Catch the next one.
Spots will be limited for each blitz and available on a first-come basis.
What You'll Be Doing
The job is pretty straightforward:
- Go door-to-door in the assigned Utah neighborhood
- Introduce yourself and Source Pest Control
- See if the homeowner has a pest control need
- Explain our service when someone is interested
- Move on quickly when they're not
- Earn $1 for each door plus commission on completed sales
We'll give you the basic information and approach before you start.
Who We're Looking For
You don't need professional sales experience.
We're looking for people who are:
- Friendly and comfortable talking to strangers
- Relaxed and conversational
- Willing to hustle from door to door
- Dependable once they commit to a blitz
- Interested in making some extra cash on a flexible schedule
We'd rather have someone who's friendly, chill, and coachable than someone who tries to pressure every homeowner into a sale.
