Over 10+ years of steady growth, the company has developed strong B2B restoration partnerships while expanding into roofing, plumbing, and residential direct-to-consumer services. The next stage of the business is centered on strategic diversification, leadership development, and operational scaling.
This is an executive-level leadership role focused on operations, growth, and team accountability. It is designed for a candidate who can run the day-to-day business while ownership remains focused on expansion initiatives.
- Oversee project management and field operations
- Implement performance metrics and KPIs
- Lead hiring and team development
- Improve operational systems and workflows
- Drive diversification beyond the primary B2B restoration client
- 7 or more years of leadership experience in residential construction or restoration
- Strong financial acumen and an operational systems mindset
- Experience scaling small-to-mid-sized construction businesses
- Comfortable with accountability metrics and margin management
- Full-time, W-2 position
- 40 hours per week
- No emergency call rotation
- Pay of $80,000-$120,000+, depending on experience
