Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of craft cocktails and beverages with precision and creativity.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing outstanding customer service.
- Manage POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including cashiering duties.
- Restock bar supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth operations during shifts.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible alcohol service in compliance with legal regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy hours, including nights and weekends.
- Assist with catering events, banquets, or special functions as required.
- Stay informed about new cocktail trends and techniques to enhance the menu offerings.
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, preferably in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally.
- Proficiency in food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently using effective time management skills.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math, and drink measurements.
- Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with legal regulations.
- Knowledge of Distilling techniques or beverage crafting is a plus.
