Are you an experienced Production Operator, Chemical Operator, Process Operator, Plant Operator, Manufacturing Technician, Maintenance Technician, or Military Veteran looking for a stable career with advancement opportunities? Salary Range: Starting at $24.00/hour + Shift Differential
This range reflects the base salary for this role. Final compensation will depend on experience, skills, and internal equity.

What You’ll Do
- Operate automated and semi-automated production equipment
- Load raw materials into manufacturing systems
- Follow production formulas and batch sheets
- Conduct product quality testing
- Record production and inventory data
- Support preventative maintenance
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Mechanical aptitude
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime
- Manufacturing, production, maintenance, military, or industrial experience strongly preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Chemical plant experience
- Process operator experience
- Industrial maintenance experience
- Forklift experience
- Laboratory testing experience
- Basic chemistry knowledge
Work Environment
