We are seeking an Assistant Manager, who will also be servers/cashiers to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for putting together ice cream/fruit desserts and snacks, selling products, cashing customers out, and overseeing other employees and staff in a quick counter service food setting in order to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Explain products and services to customers
- Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
- Enter and process customer orders
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
- Supervise other employees and staff
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in restaurants, management, customer service, or other related fields is preferred but not required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Bilingual is a plus.
- Outgoing, personable, and joyful attitude
