Maryland Bar Required – State (Required) and Federal Bar (Preferred); DC Bar a plus but not required.
Law firm seeking an Attorney with experience dealing with civil litigation, with a strong emphasis on common ownership communities and landlord tenant work. Experience with bankruptcy would be a plus, but not required.
Successful candidates will have the following skills:

- * Ability to manage and prioritize deadlines
- * Experience in representation of common ownership communities desired, but not required.
- * Excellent written and oral communication skills
- * Detail oriented and able to perform work with extreme accuracy
- * Ability to solve problems with a focus on achieving results that benefit our business as well as the businesses and lives of our clients
- * Litigation experience desired, but willing to train the right candidate.
- * Ability to immediately appear at Court appearances in the District Court of Maryland would be preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
Job Type: Full-time – HYBRID - 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (8-hour shift) – Monday to Friday
Salary: Salary commensurate with experience.
