GROUND is a fast-casual restaurant concept in Franklin, TN. We have one location and a food truck. We have both Full-Time & Part-Time jobs available currently!!! We are social, fast-paced, rewarding and our goal is to build a winning team where we have fun making great food consistently served quickly in a family friendly environment. Our kitchen is open so you must have great customer service skills even though the job is mostly kitchen driven. To be a shift lead you must learn all positions. Hourly pay varies(Range With Tips are $17-22Hr) with exeperience and certification on positions and upon becoming a shift leader. You must learn to do all positions! We are constantly evolving in order to streamline our process and keep up with the times. You must be open to change.

We need hard working, energetic, friendly applicants. This is a Front of house, cooking, prep, & shuft lead position. Must be able to work any position in restaurant within two weeks training. Minimum of $17HR-$22+HR GUARANTEED INCLUDING TIPS!!! We have the tools to train anyone with right attitude & experince. Must have EXCELLENT customer service skills. Excellent opportunity to advance. After 3 shifts tips with daily cash tip out=Guarantee $17-$22+HR combined and after the one to two week training you get a raise after certified with all positions + shift lead. Must be able to hold staff accountable to following the sytems or standards.
