Overview
We’re looking for an energetic, customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Houston. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for 100+ independent footwear retailers nationwide. You’ll drive revenue through proactive phone and email outreach, deliver outstanding customer service, process orders, and build strong relationships that keep our premium footwear brands growing.
This is a full-time, office-based position that combines sales, account management, and customer support. You’ll work in a fast-paced, supportive environment where your communication skills and hustle directly impact our success. We offer a competitive base salary plus bonus structure, with opportunities to attend key industry trade shows.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of 100+ existing accounts through outbound calls, emails, and personalized outreach.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues quickly, providing product recommendations, and ensuring high satisfaction.
- Accurately enter and process customer orders, handle pricing, terms, and follow-ups while maintaining detailed records.
- Build rapport with store owners and buyers to understand their needs and promote our product lines effectively.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Support occasional in-person trade shows or limited customer visits.
- Collaborate with the team on inventory updates, promotions, and customer feedback.
What You Bring
- 1–3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, call center, or account management (footwear, retail, or wholesale experience is a strong plus).
- Excellent phone presence and written communication skills — you’re comfortable making outbound calls and building relationships quickly.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook), CRM tools, and general tech comfort (Shopify/ERP experience is a bonus).
- Energetic, positive attitude and a genuine interest in helping independent retailers succeed.
