New Connection Towing is looking for the right driver—not just somebody with a license who can sit behind the wheel.

Long days can happen. Traffic doesn't cooperate. Customers aren't always having their best day. Sometimes the call that looked simple isn't simple at all. That’s why we're looking for someone who knows how to handle the job without cutting corners, damaging vehicles, or creating problems for everyone else. If you're dependable, know your way around a tow truck, and take pride in doing the job right, we want to hear from you.
Pay & Incentives
This position is commission-based with additional bonus opportunities.

What We're Looking For
We want a driver who:
- Shows up and can be counted on
- Knows how to safely operate a tow truck and towing equipment
- Can properly load, secure, transport, and unload vehicles
- Takes care of the truck and equipment they're trusted with
- Treats customers' vehicles like they would want their own vehicle treated
- Communicates with dispatch instead of leaving everyone guessing
- Can think through difficult situations without panicking or taking unsafe shortcuts
- Knows how to deal professionally with customers—even when the customer is frustrated
- Understands that safety comes before rushing through a call
- Can work independently and make responsible decisions in the field
What You'll Be Doing
You'll handle towing and roadside service calls while representing New Connection Towing professionally in the field.
That includes:
- Operating flatbed and other towing equipment
- Responding to dispatched towing and roadside calls
- Loading, securing, transporting, and unloading vehicles safely
- Evaluating vehicle position and roadside conditions before beginning a tow
- Communicating call status and important information to dispatch
- Completing required service records and vehicle-condition documentation
- Performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Checking straps, chains, winches, lights, and other towing and safety equipment
- Keeping your truck and work area clean and professional
- Following company procedures, traffic laws, and safe towing practices
What You'll Need
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Tow truck, flatbed, roadside assistance, vehicle transport, or related experience.
- Mechanical knowledge and good common sense around vehicles
- Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of towing and roadside work
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Dependability and punctuality
- Ability to work outdoors in changing weather and roadside conditions
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call shifts when required by the schedule
