Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Mechanic to join our dynamic manufacturing facility team. Duties
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including HVAC/R systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot complex machinery issues using schematics, electrical blueprints, and engineering troubleshooting techniques.
- Conduct electrical diagnostics utilizing tools such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and other precision measuring instruments to identify faults accurately.
- Repair or replace faulty components through welding ( welding if applicable), hydraulic repairs, or electrical system adjustments.
- Operate and maintain specialized equipment such as scissor lifts and industrial lifts to access high or hard-to-reach areas safely.
- Use CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document work orders, track maintenance history, and schedule future tasks.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on troubleshooting pneumatic systems and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to optimize equipment performance.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with production teams regarding maintenance schedules and repair status.
Skills
- Extensive experience working within manufacturing facilities with a strong understanding of industrial mechanics and maintenance procedures.
- Proficiency in reading schematics, electrical blueprints, and engineering diagrams for troubleshooting purposes.
- Hands-on experience with HVAC/R systems, electrical diagnostics, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic troubleshooting.
- Skilled in welding techniques ( welding if applicable), equipment repair, and precision measurement using instruments like ammeters and ohmmeters.
- Knowledge of CMMS platforms for maintenance planning and record keeping.
- Ability to operate scissor lifts safely while adhering to safety protocols.
- Strong analysis skills combined with technical sales experience to recommend improvements or upgrades to machinery or systems.
- Familiarity with industrial electrician practices including electrical maintenance and troubleshooting electrical systems.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly in English.
- Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics reading, and engineering troubleshooting methods.

Pay: From $1,100.00 per week
