Job Title: TMS Technician (Mobile Unit Option)
Location: Clinic / Mobile (In partnership with Vandoit)
Reports to: Nurse
Status: Full-Time / Mission-Critical
Position Overview
Operation Zero is seeking a mission-driven TMS Technician to join our elite
team. You will be the "boots on the ground," operating cutting-edge Magnetic e-
Resonance Therapy (MeRT) technology within our brick & mortar and/or mobile clinics.
This role is not just about running equipment; it’s about providing a sanctuary for
veterans and first responders as they undergo neurological restoration.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Execution: Perform dailyTMS treatments, including the placement of
magnetic coils and monitoring of patient vitals during treatment sessions.
Data Collection: Conduct high-quality EEG (Electroencephalogram) and EKG
recordings to map the client’s brain activity for physician review.
Mobile Operations: Manage the daily setup and "tactical readiness" of the
Vandoit mobile clinic, ensuring the environment is clean, professional, and
welcoming.
Client Relations: Build high-trust relationships with veterans and first
responders, maintaining a calm, disciplined, and empathetic environment.
Technical Troubleshooting: Maintain and calibrate sensitive MeRT equipment
and ensure the mobile unit's tech systems are fully operational.
Documentation: Maintain meticulous patient records and progress notes in
compliance with HIPAA and Operation Zero standards.
Required Qualifications
The Mindset: A deep respect for the veteran and first responder communities.
Military or first responder background (or family connection) is a significant plus.
Certifications: Current BLS/CPR certification. HIPAA Certification. TMS technician Certificate (MeRT-specific training will be provided).
Technical Aptitude: Comfort working with advanced medical software and
hardware.
Mobility: Willingness to travel and operate out of a mobile unit. A clean driving
record is preferred.
Preferred Skills
Experience performing EEGs or working in a neurology-based clinical setting.
High "Emotional IQ"—the ability to de-escalate stress and communicate with
individuals suffering from PTSD or TBI.
Experience with the "Van Life" or mobile-professional lifestyle is a plus.

Pay Range:
$45-60 K
Per Diem available based on assignment
