Work schedule will be Full-time on the Day Shift, 8am-4:30pm.
Summary:
Provide appropriate intervention to patients and their families in an effort to assist them in understanding, accepting and adhering to recommendations of the health care team in order to achieve an optimal level of health and rehabilitation.
Other information:
Must have knowledge of social work principles and practices. Good psychosocial intervention skills. Knowledge of social and health resources within the community. Basic computer skills.
Effective January 1, 2023, the Licensed Baccalaureate Social Worker (LBSW) credential is no longer accepted for new hires in this position. Employees hired prior to this date with a LBSW credential are grandfathered and remain compliant.
Credentials with Equivalent Qualifications:
Essential:
- Licensed Master Social Worker or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker
Education with Equivalent Qualifications:
Essential:
- Masters Degree in Social Work
Experience with Equivalent Qualifications:
Schedule: 8am-4:30pm, Day Shift, Monday-Friday Standard Days
