Rainbow Center of Michigan Inc. (Highland Park), is currently seeking for a Full-time Lab Utility Clerk working with the opiate/other drug use and co-occurring disorders population. Prior professional work experience working in methadone management and mental health settings is preferred but not required. Applicants must be computer literate, and be able to work early morning hours. Applicants should also have the ability to work with clients having various mental and physical disorders. Demonstrate care and compassion for people of all ages, ethnicity and social economic backgrounds. {DRUG TESTING & BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIRED}
Educational Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent education required. Current CPR Certification. Phlebotomist Certification preferred.
Job Description: Collect specimens for substance abuse testing and monitoring. Documents and ensures accurate record keeping of all controlled substances and monitor compliance with all state and federal regulations. Maintaining professional and orderly conduct in the workplace. Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Schedule: Monday- Friday 4:45am- 2:15pm rotation of Saturdays 5:45am-11:15am
