We are seeking a knowledgeable and adaptable Human Resources Generalist to serve as the primary HR resource for employees and support the day-to-day needs of a growing organization. This position is best suited for an HR professional with at least three years of experience who thrives in a small business environment and enjoys taking ownership of a broad range of responsibilities.
The HR Generalist will oversee key functions across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, open enrollment, compliance, policy administration, payroll support, and offboarding. This role will also maintain employee records, support training initiatives, assist with HR reporting, and help ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Beyond traditional HR responsibilities, this position will provide front desk support and collaborate closely with all departments to support business operations. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities while building positive relationships throughout the organization.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience
- Experience with recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
