3+ Months Contract
Location: Westbrook, ME- 2 days/week- tue/wed/Thursday
Interview : 1 interview with HM - 1 round
Location: Prefer local as most of the team is on site in Westbrook. Hybrid role with 2 days/week in office (mid-week works best Tues- Weds-Thurs).
Schedule: normal business working hours- EST
Scope:
- Most of the team local
- Needs to work with support team sales team for new instruments (National and global)
- smart sheet, SharePoint sheets- will have template-some adjustments
SPECIFIC PLATFORM FLUENCY REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong SharePoint editor/publisher skills
- Strong Smartsheet and Excel skills
NICE TO HAVE:
- Basic Salesforce platform navigation and report creation
- Microsoft Teams (and how Teams works with SharePoint)
- AI tools
