Advantage Fire is seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Foreman to lead installation crews on commercial projects throughout the Atlanta area.

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise fire sprinkler installation crews
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to NFPA standards
- Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment needs
- Conduct job site safety meetings and enforce OSHA standards
- Support system testing, flushing, and final inspections
- Train and mentor installers and apprentices
- Communicate project progress with management
Qualifications
- 5+ years of fire sprinkler installation experience
- Previous Foreman or Lead Fitter experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of NFPA codes and fire sprinkler systems
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
- Valid driver's license
- NICET certification is a plus
