Kupcakerie is seeking a General Manager for our East Point location. The General Manager will be responsible for leading day-to-day store operations profitably, maintaining our brand promise to both their team and guests, as well as producing top-notch results across key areas of performance. The General Manager will be required to develop both a strong pipeline of potential leaders and a strong connection within their community. We're seeking individuals with extensive baking experience, experience managing a small team, and someone with a high level of professionalism and integreity.
Job Description:
- Developing your shop through Kupcakerie's brand.
- Maintaining product quality and consistency.
- Managing Profit+Loss through following cash control/security procedures and managing inventory, labor, and finances.
- Providing fast, accurate service and a consistently positive guest experience.
- Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring as well as conducting reviews and providing feedback towards performance.
Compensation:
$40,000-45,000 total compensation: salary + profit-sharing
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED, advanced degree is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience leading a bakery or restaurant, managing finances and overseeing a team of employees.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with customers/employees.
- Extremely high standards and morals, attnetion to detail, timeliness.
- Available to work on your feet for extended periods of time.
