We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and creative Activity Aide to join our team. In this rewarding role, you will help enrich the lives of residents in both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care by planning and leading engaging activities that promote socialization, wellness, and enjoyment for individuals with diverse abilities and needs.
Plan, organize, and lead recreational and social activities for residents.
Assist with transporting residents safely using wheelchairs as needed.
Complete light documentation related to activities and resident participation.
Work every other weekend and some holidays as part of the scheduled rotation.
Positive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and team members.
Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care.
Experience working with older adults is preferred but not required.
