Position Title: Lien Enforcement Specialist
Advanced Recovery Group is seeking a highly motivated Lien Enforcement Specialist to manage and execute UCC/ Judgment enforcement strategies efficiently. This role involves tracking files in Excel/ Airtables, serving and re-serving Judgments/ UCC documents, and ensuring timely and effective recovery actions. Role Description:
Responsibilities
- Manage and enforce liens related to estate planning, environmental law, UCC law (Uniform Commercial Code), and other relevant legal areas
- Serve and re-serve civil money judgments and related documents.
- File enforcement documents via NY E-courts.
- Identify and locate financial institutions and employers for execution.
- Draft and manage post-judgment enforcement actions such as wage garnishments, bank levies, and restraining notices.
- Monitor judgment timelines, expiration windows, and deadlines for re-filing.
- Maintain and update internal systems (CRM & Airtables) with real-time status of judgment enforcement
- Conduct lien searches, UCC searches, and asset investigations to identify enforceable collateral
- Ensure compliance with court procedures and legal requirements throughout enforcement.
Skills
- Demonstrated experience in post-judgment enforcement or legal collections.
- Familiarity with the NY court system and post-judgment filing procedures.
- High attention to detail and ability to follow up on multiple enforcement steps.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and timelines efficiently.

Your Background:
- 1+ years of legal admin experience (post-judgment experience preferred)
- Associate’s Degree required / Business Related
- 1+ year of Microsoft Excel experience required
- North Jersey Based
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
