**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood education and a passion for working with young children. **Duties:** - Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum - Create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow - Provide individualized attention to each child - Manage classroom activities effectively - Utilize behavior management techniques to encourage positive behavior - Collaborate with parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for each child **Requirements:** - Previous experience in a daycare, preschool, or childcare setting - Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices - Strong classroom management skills - Ability to create engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans - Familiarity with special education practices is a plus - Proficiency in math concepts for young children - Certification in early childhood education or related field preferred - Experience with Montessori education is advantageous
