Job Title: OT: Rehab
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Setting: Rehab
Pay Range: $1,516.52 - $1,592.35 weekly
Schedule: 12-Hour Days, 07:00:00-19:00:00 (Full-time, rotating shifts possible)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Candidate Type: Traveling – travel reimbursement available
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience as an OT
- Valid Occupational Therapist license
- Be willing to obtain Utah licensure

Responsibilities:
