This position is responsible for completing various administrative, customer service, and production tasks.
· You will provide customers with the highest quality document solutions by directing and coordinating activities of Copy Associates, the Delivery Driver and the Digital Design Specialist, while interacting with the Customer Service Representative in order to meet customer deadlines.
· You will answer customer inquiries by email, phone, and in person, providing prompt and courteous service. Building positive relationships with customers and ensuring their questions are resolved efficiently will be an important part of your role.
· You will accurately enter customer order details into our Order Management System (OMS). Maintaining attention to detail will help ensure orders are processed correctly and on time.
· You will manage and prioritize customer orders to keep production running smoothly and meet delivery expectations. Your organization and attention to quality will help ensure customers receive exceptional finished products.
· You will assist with a variety of production tasks including operating printers, binding, cutting, folding, among other finishing processes. Working collaboratively with the production team will help ensure projects are completed accurately and efficiently.
· You will plan production operations, establishing priorities and sequences for completing jobs.

Hours
40 hours per week, on site. Remote work is not offered for this position. Hours will be 12pm - 8pm on weekday shifts during our regular business hours, but occasional variability in schedule may be requested from time to time. Candidates with specific schedule preferences and/or needs may discuss during the interview process.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
