What You’ll Do
· Deliver physician-prescribed speech therapy in patients’ homes.
· Assess communication and swallowing needs, develop tailored care plans, and foster measurable progress.
· Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to promote healing at home.
What You Bring
· Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
· Current state license and CPR certification.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently in home environments and travel within the service area.
· Valid driver’s license and flexible availability, including some weekends and holidays.
