PrideStaff Greenville is seeking an experienced Shipping Coordinator with forklift skills on behalf of our client, in the Duncan / Greer, SC area.
The Shipping Coordinator will be responsible for processing orders, tracking shipments, commercial invoicing, receiving materials, and managing inventory.
Shipping Coordinator Responsibilities include:
- Processing shipments via: UPS, FedEx, LTL Carriers
- Processing orders, tracking shipments, commercial invoicing, receiving materials, and managing inventory
- Processing / tracking shipments online
- Commercial Invoice documentation
- Processing Domestic and International shipments
- Common knowledge of Shipping Daily
Shipping Coordinator Requirements include:
- Experience in processing / tracking shipments online
- Knowledge in Commercial Invoice documentation
- Experience in processing Domestic and International shipments
- Knowledge in using shipping tools including but not limited to: Forklift / pallet jack / wrapping pallets
- Must have experience in Microsoft: Word / Excel and Outlook
- Must be a multitasker
- Detail Oriented
- Computer literate
- Must be able to lift 25-35lbs
- Works well independently and in a teamwork environment
