The basic Job responsibilities include:
Custodial work - mopping floors,emptying trash,cleaning,dusting
Electrical work- such as changing a plug or a switch, light bulbs, connecting cable TV boxes, troubleshooting same, computer setup
Plumbing work - changing a faucet or a toilet, unclogging a toilet or fixing a leak, soldering pipes, grease trap maintenance, pvc pipe repairs, sprinkler system maintenance
Boiler Maintenance - weekly boiler checks - boiler blowdown
Carpentry work - use of basic hand tools, use of power tools-circular saw - miter saw - table saw and other power tools a plus
Grounds keeping - mowing lawns, trimming bushes, planting flowers, raking leaves, watering,weeding, snow shoveling, snow plowing experience preferred but not necessary
Tennis Court Maintenance - HarTru courts - we will train
Furniture Moving and Setup - seasonal removal and setup of outdoor furniture for our terraces and pool area
Laundry - washing, drying and folding of locker room, pool and exercise room towels
Building Maintenance - interior and exterior - gutter cleaning - glass replacement - pressure washing - rot repair - painting - plaster repair - taping - floor buffing - floor finish
Shift Availability - must be able to work off hours and weekends - must be able to be on call for emergencies - snow storms - etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
