Job Description Summary
This position provides direct clerical assistance to the Department of Art & Drama, the Department Chair, and the department Administrative Assistant.
Minimum Qualifications
Current Del Mar College student enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours while employed.
Required Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Proficient with social media platforms, such as Facebook, X, and Instagram.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills.
Ability to work with limited supervision on projects and tasks.
Ability to lift at least 20 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in office, library, art gallery, studio, and/or theatre settings.
