At Starlite Family Fun Center, our Associates are the heart of the guest experience. Whether you’re working in Admissions, the Café, or the Skate Counter, your role is to help create a fun, energetic, environment where families and friends can make lasting memories.

Welcome every guest with a friendly attitude, positive energy, and a genuine smile.

Help maintain a clean and exciting environment throughout the facility.

Operate registers accurately and handle transactions with care.

Ensure all skaters complete waiver requirements upon entry.

Assist guests with skate rentals, including sizing, checking personal skates, and organizing returned skates.

Stay informed on skating sessions, pricing, café menu items, specials, and promotions.

Support sales of glow items, snacks, and treats to enhance the guest experience.

Keep all areas clean, stocked, and organized at all times.

Prepare food safely and operate kitchen equipment according to standards.

Enforce facility rules in a friendly, respectful, and professional manner.

Monitor activity on the floor to promote safety and help prevent accidents.

Communicate effectively with managers and teammates to keep sessions running smoothly.

Encourage guests to sign up for birthday programs and email updates.

Be flexible and ready to assist in other areas as needed—teamwork a must
Requirements:
Must be at least 16 years of age
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Must be dependable, punctual, and maintain a positive attitude
