Traveling Sports Photographer and Sales Representative
Pay: $375–$1,850 per week
Location: Philadelphia, PA / Sports complexes throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic U.S.
Job Type: Independent Contractor
Schedule: Primarily Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
About Picture Pros
Picture Pros Photography photographs youth athletes at tournaments across the country while creating a positive experience for players, coaches, and families.
We’re expanding our Philadelphia-area team and looking for dependable, energetic photographers who enjoy sports, travel, working with people, and being part of a fast-paced event environment.
This role combines photography, customer service, sales, travel, and event operations.
Success comes from taking quality photographs, communicating confidently with athletes and families, and helping customers choose photo products they’ll enjoy for years to come.
Professional photography or sales experience is helpful, but reliability, communication, coachability, and a strong work ethic are equally important.
Compensation
This is a performance-based independent contractor position.
For qualifying full events, you’ll receive either your earned commission or a guaranteed minimum of $375 per event—whichever is greater.
Compensation can increase significantly with strong photography production, customer engagement, and sales performance.
Actual earnings vary depending on event size, assignment, production, and individual performance.
Complete compensation details and performance expectations are reviewed with qualified candidates before their first event assignment.

- Support general event operations as needed
