Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Service/Sales Representative/Service Advsior to join our team! In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our company, engaging with customers to provide exceptional service while training under the lead advisor to become a full time Service Advisor/Sales Rep. Your enthusiasm and organization skills will help build strong customer relationships, keep the front and back end running smoothly, and contribute to our overall success. Duties
- Engage with customers through inside and outside sales efforts (trade-show/expo work)
- Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Invoice creation and input
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management and personalized customer service.
- Utilize CRM software such as ShopMonkey to track interactions, manage leads, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
- Negotiate deals confidently, upsell products or services, and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Work within team to train on custom production line as well as service line.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
