Keller Williams Coastal Living is hiring a Real Estate Broker of Record / Broker Trainer to serve as the Broker of Record for two Keller Williams real estate offices with approximately 110 real estate agents.
This role is designed for an experienced, actively licensed real estate broker who wants to continue selling real estate in their own practice while also giving back to the next generation of agents through training, guidance, and leadership.
The ideal candidate enjoys helping agents become more skilled, more compliant, and more professional. A major part of this role is regularly training agents on contracts, forms, transaction best practices, risk reduction, ethical conduct, and practical real estate problem-solving.
This is not a full-time office management role. It is a leadership, compliance, and training role for someone who understands real estate sales, knows how to navigate contracts and broker responsibilities, and is willing to be a steady resource for agents and leadership.
The Broker of Record / Broker Trainer will work closely with ownership, leadership, staff, and agents to help maintain a high standard of professionalism across both offices. This person should be approachable, knowledgeable, calm under pressure, and willing to teach from real-world experience.
This role is a strong fit for someone who believes that great agents are built through training, accountability, practical guidance, and strong brokerage standards.
Salary Range: $66,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Active Florida real estate broker license
Willingness and ability to serve as Broker of Record for two real estate offices.
Strong working knowledge of real estate contracts, forms, disclosures, and transaction best practices.
Practical real estate sales experience.
Ability to train, coach, and guide agents in a clear and professional manner.
Strong judgment and ability to help agents think through contract and transaction issues.
High ethical standards and a strong understanding of broker responsibility.
Ability to communicate well with both newer and experienced agents.
Comfortable teaching in group settings and answering agent questions one-on-one.
Organized, dependable, and responsive.
Willingness to work collaboratively with ownership, leadership, and staff.
Preferred but not required:
Keller Williams experience.
Prior broker, managing broker, compliance, leadership, or training experience.
Experience teaching real estate contracts, forms, or transaction best practices.
Active personal real estate sales practice.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the licensed Broker of Record for two Keller Williams real estate offices.
Provide broker-level guidance and oversight for approximately 110 real estate agents.
Train agents regularly on contracts, addenda, disclosures, forms, transaction structure, and best practices.
Help agents understand how to reduce risk and protect clients, customers, themselves, and the brokerage.
Be available as a resource for agent questions related to contracts, transaction issues, compliance, and real estate practice.
Review and support brokerage standards related to contracts, files, documentation, and transaction procedures.
Partner with leadership to identify common agent challenges and create practical training around those issues.
Lead or support regular training classes, workshops, office meetings, and contract-focused education sessions.
Help newer agents build confidence and competence in real estate transactions.
Support experienced agents with complex transaction questions when needed.
Promote professional conduct, ethical decision-making, and best practices across the offices.
Stay current on real estate law changes, contract updates, industry trends, and brokerage compliance requirements.
Communicate clearly and professionally with agents, staff, leadership, and ownership.
Maintain a calm, solutions-focused approach when issues arise.
