Saratoga Home Services & Landscaping is hiring Seasonal General Laborers to support our busy spring, summer, and fall workload.
This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of outdoor residential projects including landscaping, fence installation, deck construction, pressure washing, demolition, property cleanups, and general home improvement services.
No two days are the same. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and learning new skills, this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working alongside experienced professionals.
Responsibilities
- Assist with landscaping and property improvement projects
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Assist with fence and deck construction
- Support pressure washing projects
- Perform property cleanups and debris removal
- Assist with demolition and site preparation work
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow company safety procedures
Qualifications
- Construction, landscaping, or labor experience is helpful but not required
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the day
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Dependable and willing to learn
