What You’ll Do
As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running efficiently and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service every day.
Warehouse Operations
- Accurately pick and pack orders for our Client Concierge team
- Organize and maintain a clean, efficient warehouse environment
- Receive, inspect, and store inbound vendor deliveries
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy
- Support FIFO processes and quality control standards
- Assist with coffee keg pickups and equipment moves
- Perform light warehouse maintenance and support tasks
Team & Operational Support
- Work collaboratively with teammates to meet operational goals
- Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency and organization
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional warehouse environment
Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
- Stand and walk for 8–10 hours daily

Required Qualifications
- Ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused on tasks
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and remain on your feet throughout the shift
- Ability to pass a background check
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of forklift experience
- 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, retail, or delivery experience
