About Us
Pinnacle Insurance Advisors helps seniors find the right Medicare coverage through personalized, one-on-one guidance. We're a licensed Medicare advisory team specializing in Medicare Supplement (Medigap) and Medicare Advantage plans, and we're growing our sales team.
About the Role
We're looking for motivated, coachable people to join our in-office sales team selling Medigap or Medicare Advantage plans. You'll work directly with prospects — from first contact through enrollment — helping them understand their options and choose the coverage that fits their needs.
No insurance background required. If you're a strong communicator who's comfortable on the phone, competitive, and eager to learn a proven sales process, we'll teach you the rest.
What You'll Do
- Work warm, pre-qualified leads from inbound and outbound — no cold calling
- Educate seniors on Medigap plan options
- Guide prospects through the enrollment process
- Participate in ongoing sales coaching and internal team competitions
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, trustworthy phone presence
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic — this is a commission-driven role
- Coachable — willing to learn and apply feedback quickly
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, in-office sales environment
- Health/life insurance license a plus, but not required to apply — we support licensing for the right candidates
Compensation
- Commission-based pay structure
